Exercises in the water build endurance and strengthen muscles. With music, it's even better. Go for it! Aqua-Gym is a complete class with or without the use of equipment. You'll feel energized afterwards. Course fees do not include the entrance fee. Please ensure you attend the course on the day and at the time you have booked. Please note: There are no classes during the school holidays !
